1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 for orders under $150
  • Express Shipping: $14.99 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $150

3. International Shipping

Availability: We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard International Shipping: $29.99 flat rate
  • Express International Shipping: $39.99 flat rate

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
